The Hercules fire bucket is a reliable means of putting out a fire as long as there is a water source. It is usually at a fire point or construction sites.
Certain fires that cannot be put out with normal fire extinguishers such as metal fires can be put out with buckets of sand instead. Fire that is buried under sand will not have oxygen to continue burning.
